Legal Disclaimer for GAME Interface and GAME Program
The entire GAME Program is a Smart Contract that is designed as a financial experiment and only uses $GAME Token as the base currency for all transactions involving GAME SNFTs. These SNFTs cannot be converted into any other form of crypto or currency or monetary value and can only be redeemed for $GAME token at the quoted price for the underlying asset they represent.
$GAME token is strictly used for only the GAME Program and intended for in-game use only. It has no investment value and is not an investment product. Crypto assets are extremely volatile, and you could lose all your money when purchasing or trading $GAME token. $GAME tokens are purchased 'as is' and cannot be refunded.
$GAME token is always worth $1.00 USD equivalent when being used within the GAME Program, and all Asset prices are benchmarked via Pyth Oracles which are quoted in $USD prices. This means that 1 $GAME token = $1.00 USD when being sent to the GAME Program to create a SNFT. So if an asset costs $100.00 USD on Pyth Oracles, in this example we will use $SOL: $SOL = 100.00 USD per token at pyth.network then the price is 1 $SOL = 100.00 $GAME token.
